Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for growing families
• Drive store results by analyzing business data and communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a successful team
• Execute workforce management and merchandising standards, including promotional planning and product placement
• Model service standards and coach team members to ensure a high-quality omnichannel experience
• Manage operational controls to reduce loss and ensure a safe, inclusive environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
• High school diploma
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week
