About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet assigned telemarketing campaign KPIs and perform analysis for continuous improvement.
- Manage campaign resources, ensuring sufficient staffing and smooth utilization of sales technology.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies in collaboration with the direct marketing team.
- Create and refine telemarketing scripts tailored to specific products and target prospects.
- Train and coach team leaders and telemarketers to enhance performance and skill sets.
- Manage partner relationships with banks and digital partners to drive strategic growth.
- Oversee quality control by maintaining high QA scores and managing recovery rates.
- Monitor campaign performance data and adjust tactics to optimize results.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, direct marketing, or a retail background.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
- Degree holder preferred.
- Proven ability to manage telemarketing teams and meet sales targets.
