Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned telemarketing campaign KPIs and perform analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Manage campaign resources, ensuring sufficient staffing and smooth utilization of sales technology.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies in collaboration with the direct marketing team.
  • Create and refine telemarketing scripts tailored to specific products and target prospects.
  • Train and coach team leaders and telemarketers to enhance performance and skill sets.
  • Manage partner relationships with banks and digital partners to drive strategic growth.
  • Oversee quality control by maintaining high QA scores and managing recovery rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance data and adjust tactics to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, direct marketing, or a retail background.
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
  • Degree holder preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage telemarketing teams and meet sales targets.
