Assistant Manager - Cage

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cage operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures
• Oversee cashier team members, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all financial controls, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash levels, chip inventories, and vault operations, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting
• Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for senior management and regulatory authorities
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally
• Support audits, inspections, and reviews by internal and external stakeholders
• Assume the role of most senior cage representative on property in the absence of the Assistant Director
• Work shifts and weekends on a rotational roster to support 24/7 operations

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in cage operations, banking, or financial services
• Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cashiering, cash handling, and financial control procedures
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, and financial compliance practices in regulated industries
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and gaming management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale integrated resorts or internationally recognized gaming environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
