Assistant Manager - Business Valuation

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technical business enterprise and security valuations using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow, Black-Scholes, and Monte Carlo simulations
• Prepare transfer pricing reports and conduct complex financial modeling, including three-statement models
• Conduct benchmarking, financial statement analysis, and economic analysis of companies, markets, and industries
• Determine appropriate discounts for lack of marketability and lack of control for equity securities
• Research and review country-specific tax and transfer pricing regulations
• Draft and assist in the preparation of professional memos and reports
• Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including C-suite executives

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 8-10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of financial analyst experience
• Strong quantitative skills in math, economics, accounting, or finance
• Proficiency in Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis and other valuation frameworks
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with research databases such as CapitalIQ
• Proficiency with Access and PowerBI
• Experience creating VB macros in MS Excel, MS Word, or MS Access
