Assistant Manager, Business Services

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members to enhance their technical and professional growth
• Provide proactive accounting, taxation, and compliance solutions (including BAS, FBT, and payroll tax) for business and high net worth clients
• Deliver a range of advisory services, such as business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and trusted advice

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax standards
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards
• Proven experience in an Assistant Manager or Supervisor role within professional services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Senior Accountant in a professional services environment looking to take the next career step
