About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members to enhance their technical and professional growth
- Provide proactive accounting, taxation, and compliance solutions (including BAS, FBT, and payroll tax) for business and high net worth clients
- Deliver a range of advisory services, such as business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and trusted advice
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax standards
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards
- Proven experience in an Assistant Manager or Supervisor role within professional services
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a Senior Accountant in a professional services environment looking to take the next career step
