Assistant Manager, Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex business problems by translating them into structured analytical approaches, testable hypotheses, and clear success metrics
• Apply advanced analytical frameworks such as funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and regression to uncover key business drivers
• Leverage coding and analytics techniques including SQL, Python, or R to deliver actionable insights and management-ready data
• Distill complex analyses into clear, impactful recommendations and present insights to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
• Handle urgent, ad-hoc analytical requests with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure insights translate into real business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, and Python
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
