Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable Data solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights
• Lead client discussions to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions
• Deliver deep analytical insights to drive measurable business value and informed decision-making
• Optimize and enhance existing dashboards, queries, and data architectures
• Create and maintain comprehensive SOPs and project documentation
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and internal governance standards
• Operate independently while managing multiple parallel engagements

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
• Strong understanding of data and data modeling
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Semantic Layer design
• Ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and translate reporting needs into insights
• Highly analytical mindset with capability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing Gold layers and Semantic layers within modern data architectures
• Familiarity with AI-driven conversational chatbots and intelligent reporting assistants
• Exposure to AI-powered control towers and advanced monitoring solutions
• Experience in BFS, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Marketing domains
