Assistant Manager Business Excellence

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement culture by implementing Excellence, Lean, and TPM programs across the plant.
• Lead key initiatives including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management, Autonomous Maintenance, and Hoshin Kanri.
• Develop training modules, reference materials, and documentation for Business Excellence and Lean/TPM initiatives.
• Create and manage MIS dashboards using Power BI and MS-Excel to present progress and statistics to management.
• Facilitate the horizontal deployment of best practices and Kaizen ideas to achieve SQDCWE objectives.
• Coach circle members on abnormality identification and correlate findings with operational impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 6-8 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in Production, 5S, TPM, and Lean implementation.
• Hands-on experience with TPM and Lean tool implementation.
• Strong data visualization skills using MS-Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an industry background awarded with TPM Excellence or the Deming Prize.
