Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Coach and motivate teammates to deliver outstanding service and food quality
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach
• Support the hiring, training, and development of new teammates
• Partner with managers on scheduling, labor management, and restaurant initiatives

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to move throughout the restaurant and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs
