Assistant Manager Branding Social Media & Content

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and manage brand campaigns, product launches, and city expansions from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with designers, video creators, and agencies to craft compelling, high-quality content.
• Own the brand storytelling process to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize engagement and reach.
• Partner cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to align branding with growth goals.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and audience behaviors to keep the brand at the forefront of content marketing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Social Media, or Content Marketing.
• Strong creative sensibility with a proven ability to conceptualize engaging brand campaigns.
• Demonstrated track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving social media growth.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in agency coordination, influencer marketing, or community building.
