About the role
Responsibilities
- Animate the team on the ground and maintain a serene atmosphere during rush periods
- Operate across all stations and be present during peak service times
- Manage orders, reception, and stocks to ensure product availability
- Guarantee bowl quality and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Train and integrate new team members
- Manage the shop in the manager's absence, including cash closures and activity monitoring
Requirements
- Dynamic, smiling, curious, and motivated personality
- Experience in catering or sales is a plus
- Natural leadership and pedagogical skills
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure
- Rigorous regarding hygiene, safety, and procedures
