About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent and personalized customer service, acting as a primary brand ambassador to create the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
  • Manage the full customer journey, from initial reception to final sale, including handling requests and complaints.
  • Oversee stock control, including counting, organizing deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse.
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines, including product organization and collaborating on window displays and visual changes.
  • Maintain constant communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar management or assistant management role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales and customer-facing service.
