About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and personalized customer service, acting as a primary brand ambassador to create the BIMBA Y LOLA experience.
- Manage the full customer journey, from initial reception to final sale, including handling requests and complaints.
- Oversee stock control, including counting, organizing deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines, including product organization and collaborating on window displays and visual changes.
- Maintain constant communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar management or assistant management role.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and customer-facing service.
