About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage contract labor operations, including service agreements, vendor coordination, and timely manpower availability.
- Oversee statutory compliances related to contract labor, apprentices, and government agency audits (PF, ESI, Labor, etc.).
- Handle non-FTE lifecycle management, including onboarding, payroll execution, and exit processes for agency employees.
- Manage apprentice programs and coordinate with government agencies like NATS and NAPS.
- Implement site-specific employee engagement initiatives and global HR/HO programs.
- Maintain HR MIS, including attrition, headcount, and absenteeism reports for Finance and leadership.
- Support talent management through behavioral training programs and talent review meetings.
- Act as the HR helpdesk for shop floor employees to resolve queries promptly.
Requirements
- MBA in HR (Mandatory).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR and Admin processes, acts, and statutory compliances.
- Proven experience in Industrial Relations (IR).
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and contract labor compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Labour Welfare Officer.
