About the Company
L’Éclair de Génie, founded by Chef Christophe Adam, is a high-end pastry house known for its innovative concepts. The group also develops the Dépôt Légal restaurant brand, expanding its presence in France and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all daily restaurant operations and coordinate daily briefings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining high service standards
- Improve restaurant performance indicators including revenue and costs
- Manage stock, supplier relations, and online reviews
- Manage and train a team of approximately ten staff members (servers, cooks, hosts)
- Plan staff schedules based on operational needs
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Oversee maintenance in coordination with external providers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in restaurant or point-of-sale management
- Degree from a hospitality, catering, or business school (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong management and adaptability skills
