About the role

About the Company

L’Éclair de Génie, founded by Chef Christophe Adam, is a high-end pastry house known for its innovative concepts. The group also develops the Dépôt Légal restaurant brand, expanding its presence in France and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all daily restaurant operations and coordinate daily briefings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining high service standards
  • Improve restaurant performance indicators including revenue and costs
  • Manage stock, supplier relations, and online reviews
  • Manage and train a team of approximately ten staff members (servers, cooks, hosts)
  • Plan staff schedules based on operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Oversee maintenance in coordination with external providers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of significant experience in restaurant or point-of-sale management
  • Degree from a hospitality, catering, or business school (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong management and adaptability skills
