Assistant Manager – Audit & Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee core finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage end-to-end finance cycles, ensuring timely vendor payments and efficient collections
• Coordinate documentation and liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT
• Support month-end closing processes, provisioning, reconciliations, and MIS reporting
• Maintain strong financial governance by adhering to internal policies and SOPs
• Manage relationships with internal departments, vendors, clients, and banks

Requirements

• CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualification
• Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in AP/AR operations, financial accounting, and audit management
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for financial data analysis
• Experience in implementing corrective actions arising from audit observations
