- Ensure agency reception
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and respond to inquiries
- Write meeting minutes and reports
- Prepare manager files for meetings
- Participate in archiving and filing documents
- Organize meetings
- Manage ordering and receiving of office supplies
Requirements
- Preparing a BTS SAM (Support à l'Action Managériale) or equivalent training
- Interest in the social housing sector
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
