Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable team and ensure subordinates adhere to company grooming and professional standards
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and perform related account analysis
• Participate in the monthly preparation of financial statements and ensure all recurring payments are accrued for month-end closing
• Monitor daily and weekly A/R activity, including aging, overdue accounts, unapplied cash, disputes, and chargebacks
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports, aging analysis, and KPI updates to finance leadership
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve queries related to accounts receivable
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for all team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or accounts receivable
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with financial system applications
• Strong communication, report writing, and supervisory skills
• High level of responsibility, orderliness, and attention to detail
