About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper record keeping in Tally
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Perform cash flow monitoring and assist in preparing financial reports
- Coordinate with the Director and procurement team regarding vendor management and purchasing
- Apply for government tenders through relevant portals and manage all related documentation
- Ensure compliance with tender submission requirements and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounting principles
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government tender documentation and portal management
- Experience working with procurement and vendor coordination processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
