Assistant Manager Accounts

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the Companies Act 2017
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation
• Manage external audits, including half-year reviews and annual audits, and address all queries promptly
• Ensure compliance with tax-related issues and regulatory processes
• Support the training and development of accounting staff to ensure smooth financial operations
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes and systems

Requirements

• Partially or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting management
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and Income Tax Ordinance/regulations
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
