About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the Companies Act 2017
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation
- Manage external audits, including half-year reviews and annual audits, and address all queries promptly
- Ensure compliance with tax-related issues and regulatory processes
- Support the training and development of accounting staff to ensure smooth financial operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes and systems
Requirements
- Partially or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting management
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and Income Tax Ordinance/regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
