Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations
• Drive sales results through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training for non-management staff
• Build and maintain visual displays and execute floorset updates
• Analyze business reporting to inform decision-making and drive efficiency
• Protect store assets through inventory control and operational excellence
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and operate Point of Sale systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Proven ability to coach others and build strong teams
