Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by analyzing business performance and providing best-in-class customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and stockroom management
• Supervise the sales floor and manage store presentation through floorset updates and styling
• Lead talent development by driving recruiting, training, engagement, and staff development
• Manage administrative tasks including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and asset protection
• Execute omni-channel fulfillment to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving, team building, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced, challenging retail environment
• Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
• Interest in and knowledge of current fashion trends
