Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by analyzing business performance and providing best-in-class customer service
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines and stockroom efficiency
• Manage store presentation through floorset updates and styling recommendations
• Lead talent development, including recruiting, training, and staff engagement
• Supervise omni-channel fulfillment, staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
• Ensure asset protection and effective team communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong problem-solving and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results
• Adaptability, flexibility, and multitasking abilities
• Interest in and knowledge of fashion
