Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and oversee daily store operations
• Supervise the salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
• Train and develop non-management staff to drive engagement and growth
• Drive sales results through product knowledge and brand awareness
• Build and maintain visual displays and floorset updates
• Analyze business reporting to inform decision-making
• Protect store assets through inventory control and loss prevention
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and operate Point of Sale systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Fluency in English
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to lead, coach, and build effective teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven drive to achieve results and a strong work ethic
