Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for clients, providing personalized and memorable service
• Collaborate closely with the F&B Director on daily operational management
• Distribute and direct work tasks across points of sale
• Ensure excellent client reception and attentive service
• Adapt staffing and organization based on activity levels
• Participate in inventories of tableware, porcelain, cutlery, and equipment
• Supervise team presentation and organize staff work
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Maintain constant contact with all hotel sectors

Requirements

• Hospitality training
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Rigorous approach and team spirit
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent presentation and a welcoming demeanor
• Fluency in English is essential
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred
