Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant service
• Ensure excellence in customer service and high quality standards
• Maintain service, presentation, and behavior standards defined by the hotel and LQA
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
• Support recruitment, training, and team motivation
• Manage staff schedules and time off to ensure operational coverage
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 12th-grade education or hospitality training
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of excellence standards in restaurant service
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken English
