Assistant Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead morning briefings and prioritize daily work orders
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Ensure strict safety compliance and perform regular audits
• Analyze maintenance data to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the maintenance team

Requirements

• 4-year degree OR 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing maintenance teams and programs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep commitment to safety compliance and operational excellence
