Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers safely at the designated site
• Manage and obtain signatures for all administrative documents and customer contracts
• Explain vehicle features and functionalities to customers and answer any questions
• Execute digital delivery protocols using a tablet
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback
• Perform vehicle inspections and controls within the logistics yard
• Conduct vehicle expertise for trade-in assessments

Requirements

• Passion for the automotive industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service orientation
• Previous successful experience as a used vehicle delivery assistant
• Ability to work comfortably in a logistics yard environment
• Capability to manage the delivery of approximately ten vehicles per day
