About the Company

Responsibilities
- Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch
- Support the Lettings Manager with directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team
- Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties
- Ensure accountable quality of customer care
- Meet and exceed targets for lettings business
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets
- Work in accordance with all legal obligations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience working in residential lettings
- Prior experience as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager
- Proven track record in securing new business
- Listing and valuation experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
