Assistant Leadman Production

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Shift Leadman (Schichtführer) at the production site in Söhlingen
• Oversee production operations and ensure safety and environmental standards are met
• Support the team through effective leadership and operational coordination

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or master craftsman qualification in industrial mechanics, locksmith, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Ability to work full-time on-site

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge according to § 59 Abs. 1 Bundesberggesetz for supervisory personnel in drilling, production, and underground storage operations
• Multi-year experience in the oil and gas industry
• Operational experience in maintenance and practical experience handling natural gas production plants
