About the role
Responsibilities
- Assign and coordinate tasks for the shift production team
- Operate machines to ensure efficiency and product conformity
- Conduct product testing and make necessary machine process adjustments
- Comply with WHS, Food Safety, and Quality Standards requirements
Requirements
- Previous machine operation experience (Blow moulding preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use small hand tools for minor machine adjustments
- Solid understanding of HACCP and GMP
- Current NSW forklift license or willingness to obtain one
- Reliability and availability to work weekends
