Responsibilities

• Identify and source new land for agency development
• Contact potential sellers and property owners
• Assist in and perform feasibility studies and financial assessments
• Follow up on files and perform necessary reminders
• Conduct sector and competitive intelligence monitoring

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (BAC +4/+5) in real estate, urban planning, real estate law, or engineering
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Analytical mindset and field-oriented approach
• Dynamic and determined personality
