About the role
Responsibilities
- Detect land development opportunities
- Develop relationships with local actors, developers, elected officials, and notaries
- Conduct feasibility studies (regulatory, technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and legal)
- Negotiate legal agreements and set up legal structures
- Prepare engagement committee files for decision-making
Requirements
- Higher education from an engineering school, business school, or university
- Autonomous, organized, and curious personality
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
