Assistant Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the food program, including food preparation and merchandising
• Delegate tasks to coworkers and provide training to ensure team success
• Set the example for excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals and maintains a clean, inviting store
• Monitor and maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation

Requirements

• 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily on 2nd shift
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
• Strong people skills and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
