Responsibilities
- Manage the food program by preparing high-quality foods and assisting with merchandising
- Delegate tasks to coworkers and provide training to ensure team success
- Set the example for excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals and maintains a clean, inviting store
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 6 months of food experience, including food preparation and customer service
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily on 2nd shift
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Strong people skills and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment
