Assistant Kids Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility to ensure a safe environment for children aged two months to twelve years
• Assist with training the Kids Club Associate team
• Schedule staff shifts and monitor child-to-staff ratios
• Manage reservations, child agreements, and parent communication
• Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation and first aid protocols
• Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs routinely and repetitively
• Ability to work in a gym setting and move about club floors
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role within childcare, daycare, or recreational programming
• Knowledge of child development principles and safety guidelines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
