About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve annual sales and volume targets across assigned pharmacy accounts
- Execute merchandising, in-store visibility, distribution, and promotional activities aligned with brand objectives
- Build strong customer partnerships through strategic business reviews and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to deliver effective promotions and optimize trade investments
- Manage sales forecasting, stock availability, pricing execution, and SKU listings
- Conduct regular market and field visits to monitor performance and strengthen in-store execution
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 2–3 years of experience managing Key Accounts within FMCG
- Experience or exposure to the Pharmacy channel
- Good command of spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong professional selling and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and market analysis capabilities
- Effective presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering commercial results
