About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create various supports for the publication of decoration and layout booklets for common areas
  • Produce DWG plans
  • Create illustrated plans, 3D modeling, photorealistic renderings, and 360° views
  • Write summary and detailed descriptions
  • Research materials and suppliers
  • Perform cost estimation and budgeting

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an interior architecture school (BAC + 3 level)
  • Previous experience in an agency via internship or apprenticeship
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Twinmotion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in WordPress and AI tools
