Assistant Innovation Planning Manager Oral Care

Responsibilities

• Act as the guardian of the Product Innovation Network for the Oral Care division
• Manage end-to-end product innovation activities from project kickoff to market availability
• Drive project network deliveries and ensure all milestones are met
• Construct and analyze volume projections for new products
• Regularly review and improve processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Connect and negotiate with suppliers regarding Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and optimal delivery timing

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Strong ability to manage complexity within large-scale projects
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and lead others
• Strong end-to-end business understanding and process-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background (Chemical or Industrial Engineering preferred)
• Previous experience in a PMO (Project Management Office) role
