About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise information management tools, including access rights and platform updates for the regional delegation and field sites.
- Act as the Access Manager for regional and field structures, creating profiles and managing permissions for IM platforms.
- Oversee physical and digital archiving processes, ensuring compliance with preservation standards and confidentiality.
- Organize and facilitate regular training sessions and workshops for staff on information management tools and protocols.
- Provide administrative support, including managing official correspondence, organizing key meetings, and drafting minutes.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of information management projects and programs.
- Manage sensitive office supplies and institutional materials, ensuring proper storage and usage.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Administration, Business Administration, Information Management, Executive Secretarial studies, or a related field.
- Minimum B1/B2 level of English (oral and written) and C2/Native level in Spanish.
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating training sessions or workshops.
- Demonstrated experience in physical and digital archiving, including classification and information management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365/Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) and collaborative platforms like SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
