Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
• Assist in the planning of training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Support the HR Manager in the analysis of HR reports
• Assist in the maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow processes
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Act as an ambassador of Belmond's values, standards, and policies

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably in hospitality
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, training, and employee relations
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR reporting/analytics
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach
