Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure excellent service and a perfect guest experience
• Act as the deputy for the Housekeeping Manager for all relevant topics
• Conduct daily quality inspections of all hotel rooms and housekeeping areas
• Monitor and optimize the use of cleaning supplies and equipment for cost control
• Perform inventories and order cleaning supplies to maintain adequate stock
• Organize and coordinate special projects such as renovations and events
• Collaborate with Front Office, Technical, and Administration departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping with initial supervisory or leadership skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
• Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
