About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including staff management, cleanliness standards, and inventory control
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and operational standards
  • Assist in training and developing housekeeping staff, including performance evaluations and ongoing training initiatives
  • Manage scheduling, assignments, and ensure efficient workflow among the housekeeping team
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with budgeting and inventory management for housekeeping supplies and equipment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and standard operating procedures in housekeeping
  • A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
