About the Company
Le Carlina is a classic and refined luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and high-end service in the heart of the French Alps.
Responsibilities
- Control the cleaning procedures for arrival rooms, stay-over rooms, turndown service, and common areas
- Prepare various reports related to department activities
- Apply hygiene and safety rules
- Assist in managing and organizing stocks of linen, cleaning products, guest amenities, and minibar products
- Monitor the replenishment of reserves
- Manage guest laundry follow-up with the laundry service according to established procedures
- Update guest profiles (cardex) at the end of stays
- Manage the registration of lost and found items
- Oversee the training and development of teams and interns
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
- Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Leadership qualities with an exemplary professional image
- High level of rigor and attention to detail
