Assistant Health Club & Wellness Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing fitness and wellness programs under the guidance of the Manager
• Support training, coaching, and daily performance monitoring of the team
• Help supervise maintenance and safety of gym equipment and wellness facilities
• Monitor daily inventory and supplies for the Health Club and wellness areas
• Ensure the club consistently meets hygiene and safety standards
• Provide guest support and resolve day-to-day issues following established policies
• Organize small fitness and wellness events to engage members

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a gym or fitness center, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong team management skills and ability to implement policies effectively
• Knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness programs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and guest service
