Assistant Head Coach - Operations, Back of House

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head Coach to manage seamless Back of House functions
• Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
• Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to develop team members
• Assist the team in achieving targets and KPIs by unlocking individual potential
• Manage multiple priorities effectively within a high-performance, busy environment

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large teams within a retail environment
• Expertise in stock management, logistics, and rostering
• Strong strategic, problem-solving, and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and retail technology
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
