Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager)

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the Head Coach to deliver service excellence and a unique shopping experience
• Supervise, recruit, and develop a diverse team of Athletes to ensure an excellent work atmosphere
• Implement operational processes and tools to reach sales targets and optimize productivity
• Oversee various departments including Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer experience
• Support the implementation of brand strategies such as sustainability, membership, and digital services
• Provide reports regarding store activities, local marketplace trends, and consumer insights
• Ensure store compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines

Requirements

• Extensive retail experience, including previous management or leadership roles
• Strong passion for sports and/or sports fashion
• Very good command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
