Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution and setup of online advertising campaigns to acquire new drivers across Thailand using Google Ads, TikTok, META, and Programmatic ads.
• Track and optimize core acquisition metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Active Not First Trip (AnFT) drivers, and Cost Per Driver First Trip (CPDFT).
• Execute workflow automation initiatives using tools like n8n and integrate AI agents to eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Identify gaps in the rider acquisition and onboarding journey and propose automated or systemic product developments.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Data Analytics, and operational teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Operations Optimization, or Tech PMO.
• Experience in ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, or on-demand tech services is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metric tracking.
• Strong execution capability and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
