Assistant Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth initiatives for Group Order (GO) and Multiple Pick-up (MP) to drive GMV, orders, and users
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, funnel analysis, and experimentation
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and investment efficiency
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and BI/DS teams to launch and measure experiments
• Deep dive into customer behavior and conversion funnels to uncover growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams
• Monitor business performance and propose initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Product Strategy, or Business Analytics
• Experience in e-Commerce, Food Delivery, Marketplace, or Tech companies preferred
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
