About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly sales performance and KPIs for global points of sale
- Propose concrete action plans to improve commercial results and analyze promotional operations
- Create and distribute guidelines for commercial operations and new tools in collaboration with CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams
- Manage and animate the retail communication platform
- Coordinate the retail commercial calendar across all channels
- Provide daily operational support to stores
- Contribute to store digitalization projects and the deployment of new services
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree (Master's level) from a Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing, E-commerce, or International Business
- Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of autonomy, rigor, and curiosity
- Strong interest in the outdoor industry, sports, and retail
- Previous experience working in a retail store environment is a significant plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or training in data analysis tools such as Power BI
