Assistant Global Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Cable & Car Charger product lines, driving market share through strategic portfolio planning and product definition.
• Translate market signals, competitor data, and channel feedback into actionable product roadmaps and specification definitions.
• Execute the "Good / Better / Best" product portfolio strategy, defining SKU missions for volume and profit drivers.
• Lead early-stage product judgment, evaluating technical feasibility, cost structures, and business viability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and vendors to resolve conflicts and drive project decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to improve information organization, analysis, and decision-making efficiency.
• Lead English-language communication and host meetings with overseas teams to drive action items to completion.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a hardware product manager within the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of the complete hardware product development process.
• Proficiency in English as a working language, with the ability to lead professional meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in the charging accessories category.
• Proven experience managing business trade-offs, such as feature pruning or product plan adjustments.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily professional workflows.
